MAD Express is owned and operated by Maria A Delgado, who has recently started her own transportation business. An although driving a Sprinter Cargo Van does not require a special license, she offers the experience of having a commercial driver's license with six years over-the-road experience. Attached to her Commercial driver's license is a HAZMAT & Tankers endorsement ("X"),  a Medical Certificate required by the Texas Department of Transportation , a Transportation Worker's Identification Card issued by the United States Department of Homeland Transportation Security Administration, and also holds the Petroleum Education Counsel Safety Training Card.
